Refund policy

Once a purchase is completed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for refunds, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Our preloved items are often unique or rare, and we do not have duplicates available for exchange. Therefore, we strongly encourage buyers to thoroughly inspect the item and ask any questions before completing their purchase to ensure it meets their expectations.

 

Upon receiving your parcel, please inspect the item as soon as possible. If you notice any issues or faults, contact us immediately using the contact form available on our website within 24 hours of receipt. We will address any concerns promptly.

 

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns.
