Where do you source your items?
Our items are sourced from carefully selected Australian and Japanese vintage stores. We acquire them through direct purchases or live auctions.
How do you guarantee the authenticity of your items?
We ensure through the following methods:
- Certain items may include original brand authenticity cards, receipts, dust bags, previous third-party authentication certificates, or optional third-party authentication services available for purchase where applicable. Selected items were previously authenticated through Entrupy prior to October 15, 2025, during our earlier period of operations.
- We currently utilise trusted independent third-party authentication providers, including Authentic Detective to assist in verifying eligible luxury items where applicable.
- Authentication details, inclusions, and available certification options are clearly stated within each individual product listing.
What is your order processing time?
Upon receiving your order confirmation, we process and ship your item within 3 days.
How do you categorise the condition of your items?
All our items are pre-owned and categorised based on their condition: Excellent, Very Good, Good, Well Used, and Vintage. Unless stated otherwise, items may be classified as "New or unused". We ensure transparency by disclosing any flaws through detailed photos or descriptions to provide accurate representations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Direct Deposit, PayPal, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and Afterpay. Payment plans are also available; please contact us for further details.
Do I need to get shipping insurance for my items?
No need— all our shipments are insured, so you can rest easy knowing your items are protected during transit. This coverage safeguards against damage or loss, giving you peace of mind with every order.
